The Sorbet management team have combined property, software development, insurance and accountancy backgrounds of over 50 years. The development team are experienced in developing software and apps ranging from property management, banking and insurance. Working on products for companies including Natwest, Subway and GoCompare.

Brooke Williams

CEO & Co-founder

Previously Director of a leading property inspection company providing services to estate agents across South Wales. Brooke’s mission is to guarantee best practice guidelines are followed ensuring that agents are always compliant and to improve transparency within the industry.

Dr Richard Wilson

CTO & Co-founder

Previously Technical Director Dezrez - Richard brings technical knowledge and strategic thinking to Sorbet, born from over 15 years experience managing 30+ developers producing multiple software products for estate agents.

Kevin Hughes


Kevin uses his expertise from his previous role as CFO & Co-founder of GoCompare.com and financial Controller of confused.com to help with Sorbets growth and financial strategies.

Michael Stoop


As an industry spokesperson and advocate of Sorbet, Michael will be tasked with introducing Sorbet to some of the largest estate agency chains in the UK, he will also help shape future features and ensure that Sorbet is always at the cutting edge of regulatory and best practice change.

Michael has nearly four decades of estate agency experience and is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the National Association of Estate Agents.

Previously Michael was the Managing Director of Winkworths estate agency, before moving to Xperience (Legal & General Franchising Limited) again as Managing Director, growing the franchise business to over 120 branches. Michael is also currently vice-chairman of The Property Ombudsman.
